Funding Applications

Our bid writing and bid management services can be utilised to help access CITB funding for training projects of any size from £100 to over £1M. The funds currently available include:

  • Skills and training
  • Collaborative innovation training
  • Commissioned projects

Project Management

Our team is experienced in supporting the design, delivery and communication of project plans and can provide retained support to ensure your deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timescales and milestones. Our ongoing support during the project will ensure funding flows in line with project needs, to ensure successful achievement of outputs and outcomes.

Construction Training Support

We provide specialist sector advice and support on all training-related matters including;

  • Assistance with Training Needs Analysis
  • Advice on skills and training requirements and employee competence
  • Acting as a ‘virtual training department’ by setting up and maintaining training matrices and training records to assist with monitoring and managing staff training and to help employers meet their audit and compliance obligations

HR Support

We can provide support to SME’s to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation by reviewing and updating employment contracts, policies and procedures and employment handbooks Ongoing support can be arranged to ensure you have access to advice and guidance on employment issues when you need it.
